I work in IT and spend my remaining brain cycles building, tinkering, and figuring out how things work. This is my corner of the internet.
Technology makes more sense as a practice than a spectacle.
I work in IT, which means I spend a lot of time solving problems that range from genuinely interesting to mind-numbing. The common thread is figuring out why something works, when it breaks, and how to make it better.
Outside of work, I'm usually in the middle of something: tweaking smart home automations, running a 3D print, messing with electronics, or going deep on whatever piece of technology caught my attention this week. I'm into the Apple ecosystem, home labs, clean setups, and tools that are built with some care.
This site is where I keep track of what I'm working on, what I'm offering, and what's available to buy. It's meant to feel like a real place, not a polished pitch deck.
See what I buildThings I build and explore.
I work across a few areas that overlap more than they might look like they should. These are the main ones.
Home Automation & Control
Automations, dashboards, and integrations that actually do something useful β running quietly in the background without needing to be babysat.
Printing & Fabrication
From practical replacement parts to objects that probably didn't need to exist. CAD design, prototyping, making physical things from digital files.
Circuits & Hardware Builds
Microcontrollers, custom boards, soldering, and small projects that live at the edge of software and hardware.
Tools, Models & Experiments
Running and testing AI tools, building small automations, and distinguishing what's actually useful from what's just impressive-looking.
Setups, Gear & Home Lab
A documented interest in well-configured environments. Home server, networking, desk setup β the boring-to-some, satisfying-to-me side of IT.
Audio & Music
Doesn't fit cleanly into the tech category but shows up in how I think about everything else. Listening, occasionally making, always paying attention.
More detail and specific builds coming soon.
Things I can help with.
Both of these come from actual use and experience. I'll give you a straight answer on whether I can help before you spend anything.
AI Media Enhancement
Upscaling, restoration, and cleanup for photos and video
Modern AI tools can do real, meaningful work on old, low-resolution, or degraded media. I use them carefully β which means I'll tell you when it's likely to help and when it won't. No promises of miracle transformations.
- Photo upscaling and resolution enhancement
- Old or damaged photo restoration
- Video upscaling and cleanup
- Denoising, sharpening, artifact removal
- Old film and digitized media enhancement
Results depend heavily on source quality. I'll give you a realistic preview before delivering anything β no surprises, no upfront commitment.
Data & File Recovery
Deleted files, corrupted drives, stubborn storage media
If you've lost files, there's often more hope than you'd expect. I work through logical recovery β deleted files, formatted drives, corrupted file systems, SD cards that stopped being recognized by your computer.
- Deleted file recovery (any drive type)
- Corrupted or accidentally formatted drives
- SD cards and flash storage
- External drive recovery
- Logical file system issues
I do logical recovery, not physical platter or chip-off work. Free initial assessment β I'll tell you what's recoverable before you commit to anything.
Made things, available to buy.
The shop is being set up. These are the categories I'm building toward.
3D Printed Objects
Functional parts, custom pieces, and objects I've designed and made that seem worth having.
Coming soonElectronics Kits
Small hardware projects and kits β for people who like to make things work themselves.
In developmentDigital Files
STL files, design files, and printable assets. Download and make them yourself.
